Q:What's your warranty for your product? 
A:Generally 1-3 years,Regular maintenance will enhance the durability of the product.It's based on different material.  Q:What's your delivery time?  A:30-45 days.Calculated from the receipt of the deposit or the original of L/C at sight Q:What's the payment terms?  A:T/T30% of the total amount paid prior as deposit, and 70% balance should be paid before shipment.L/C at sight can be selected if the total payment reaches 20,000 US dollars.  Q:Do you make OEM?
A:Yes.  Q:How do you make replacement with quanlity problem?  A:New replacement will be packed in your next container or send you directly after receiving your video and photos about quality problems.  Q:Can I choose the color of the product?  A:Our fabrics have colors for you to choose, you can ask our customer service staff when you buy.  Q:Do you have installation instructions for your products?  A:Yes, our installation instructions will be placed in the box when packaging.  Q:What will you do if the accessories of the product are damaged (such as screws or foot plugs) after use?  A:We will prepare a bag of accessories before shipment, which is used for customer replacement. For other situations, please report to the after-sales staff and we will deal with them as soon as possible.
